Pizza Hut - Wickford

I order from here regularly using their online app and the preselected time slots, and the delivery times are always accurate with piping hot food. Today, we placed a big order, but there was a mistake with one of the pizzas, and a side item was missing. I called to address the issue, and the customer service representative was immediately apologetic. They arranged to have the missing side delivered along with a fresh pizza, which arrived within 15 minutes. The delivery driver was incredibly friendly and, without me asking, returned to the car to bring us a complimentary tub of cookies and cream ice cream. I couldn't be happier with the outstanding customer service we received!

Callum is truly one of the nicest people you could ever meet. He goes out of his way to ensure that every order is correct and that customers receive exactly what they want. Absolutely terrible experience. We waited for 9 hours and our order never arrived. My child is so hungry that I’m worried he might be in serious trouble. My wife was so frustrated while trying to place an order that she had a seizure, and the staff were incredibly rude. Two of my other kids started banging their heads against the closet doors because they were so hungry. I would like compensation of £10,000,000 for this unfortunate incident.
