So many customers because of too many tables made service very slow. Gof my order wrong, i didnt complain because there would have been a longer wait. I did make them aware afterwards but they insisted that they were right and had served me the correct dish. In my opinion they have got greedy by trying to put too many tables and are neglecting good service as a consequence.
First class food here, I would highly recommend people try Amans at least once and then you are hooked. My wife is Vegan and she loves her food here
Last minute decision to have dinner at Amans, as we are local in Lowton. Despite the restaurant being busy, we were seated and drinks order taken promptly (Kingfisher on draft). The staff and the service were excellent. We skipped the poppadoms and went in for samosas and bhajis for starters, followed by mushroom bhuna and a vegetable dhansak for mains. The food was freshly prepared and delicious. Amans is a really good Indian/Bangladeshi restaurant.
Takeaway meal of disappointment!! Frozen food that lacked taste and dry taste. Rice was fused together we could take it out of the serving container fully compacted together never experienced rice quite like this and had a smell of cleaning product?? Meat dishes we ordered Tandoori Mix Grill meat was hard and apparent it had been frozen before cooking not fresh food your body wouldn’t appreciate and make you sick !!!! Tasteless and disgusting!!!! Amans you should be ashamed of your delivery of such Poor Quality Food
We were stopping at the Premier Inn and went for a walk only 10 mins away. Really friendly front of house staff. Food lovely. Will be back when we stop in the area again.
