Golden Dragon - Wigan

I ordered the salt and pepper box which had very little chicken and mostly chips. The food tasted burnt and I ended up throwing it away.

If I could give this takeout restaurant a lower rating, I would. I placed an order on Just Eat for delivery in Standish, which is a 10-minute drive away from my address on a well-known street. When the food was half an hour late from the latest delivery time on Just Eat, I called the restaurant and was informed that the delivery was with the driver and would arrive in 10 minutes. After another half an hour, I called again and requested that they call me back once they found out the reason for the delay from the driver. Unfortunately, they did not call me back. I called once more after another 15 minutes (2.5 hours after the expected delivery time) and told them to cancel the order. It seemed like they had chosen not to take any action on the order as there was no concern or urgency about my request. I would not recommend using this restaurant if you live just outside their delivery area on Just Eat. I am posting this review here because Just Eat did not allow me to leave a review since the order was cancelled.

I tried this takeout for the first time and will definitely order from them again.

(All you can eat buffet)Friendly staff, good food. Have little issues (i don'twant to publish), but that was resolved in minute. Definitely will visit this place again and again soon.
