Smiths Bistro - Wigan

I made a reservation for my daughter's 21st birthday and we were not disappointed. The service and presentation were excellent, and the food was amazing.

This bistro on Chapel Street, just outside of Leigh town centre, is a delightful hidden gem. We visited to celebrate my dad's 60th birthday and were impressed all around. I indulged in a delicious toffee, caramel banana parfait- one of the best desserts I've had! Smith's is perfect for those looking for a small, friendly, and tasty dining experience with excellent service. I booked a table for our party of 12 and Angela, the owner, was quick to respond to my emails and accommodated all of our requests. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the staff attentive and friendly, and the food hot and fresh. Plus, you can bring your own drinks. We had a wonderful time at Smith's and will definitely be back soon.

First time visiting Smiths, Food was very nice could not fault it at all. Staff very helpful and friendly. Downside was it was very cold in the restaurant, we did ask for the radiator to be switched on,which it was but just for a few minuets. it did really spoil our evening.

Cannot fault this place, fantastic food and service, a real gem, would recommend without hesitation.

Smiths is a small but friendly bistro and I would recommend booking in advance as it is very popular. The food and staff are great and none of our party had any complaints. Don't forget to bring your own drinks!
