St. Louis Bread Co. - Wildwood

I frequently visit this restaurant during my lunch break since I work at the nearby office (shhh) across the street. The staff are consistently pleasant, regardless of how busy they are, and my orders are always accurate. I truly love and appreciate their team!

I paid $20 for a salad from the Wildwood location, and I was really disappointed. The lettuce was brown, the wrong dressing was included, and it wasn't even filled to the top. It was too expensive for the quality I received. I usually order from here for work since I can’t go out, but I won’t be wasting my money on this again.

I went through the ride at 7:30 on a Friday morning, where there was a minimal line. I specially ordered the standard white and avocado breakfast sandwich and a coffee (not complicated.) The order overview on the screen was correct. When I got the article, the coffee was right, but the sandwich she gave me was literally a scrambled egg with a piece of cheese on French bread. I was in a hurry and halfway on the road so I could go back and correct it. However, this is really unacceptable, the staff needs better training and must confirm the customer order. If there was a lack of food, they had to let me know about the lack of sweeping under the carpet. Please focus on the quality or customers start to become a competitor.

Cozy place but staff on Manchester, Winchester location can be a bit pushy. Over priced and under valued. Small portions with bland tasting soups. Sandwiches lack taste. Pastries are good as are the breads but pricey. Don't recommend for sandwiches or soups. Other places offer better options

The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere for dining. The customer service met my expectations and was friendly.
