Ferris's Lunch - Wilkes Barre

Sung for lunch today, to go out. My usual travels will no longer bring me through this area, especially during their hours! Currently it is 8a-3p. Ordered a total of 6 dogs, 2 for me with all plus cheese, 4 for him, everything. All of them are chili, mustard and onion. He loves and prefers Ferris ' dogs to their competitors, I like to taste different places because I don't regularly shed on hot dogs, but once in awhile I'll pack some. You are a rich, tasty and economical option if you are nearby, their menu also offers burgers, grilled cheese and some other simple stacks. It is honest as in time to step back when you visit, the place is small, with the round stools along the dining table, plus a few cabins. You have Middleswarth chips and some candy like Chuckles that you don't see anywhere. Add onion to your food? Only .10. Not .50 and above! Same with the other blows. They have been in business for a long time and it shows(discovering nepa has been saying since 1929), friendly staff, affordable prices and the old school feeling... You're just cash, and if you think about it, call. They are usually busy and it can wait... Generations of families in and around Wilkes Barre have grown up on their food, give them an attempt if you are not already a addiction...

I love the dogs at Ferris. Since I was a kid, my dad would go there and upload her. The hot dogs with everything are a favorite and are better than their neighbor to the next door, Abes. They probably want to take out because there are limited seats.

Don't let cash only deter you from trying a good Lunch from Ferris'. Go next door to Abe's and use the ATM to get cash and walk back over to Ferris' and order yourself a quality couple two, tree, hot dogs. I have been going to Ferris' since I was a child and the hot dog has not changed. Don't forget the bag of Middleswarth and a Chocolate milk for a well balanced meal!

Always great food and the friendliest staff there is . Hands down best hotdogs in the valley .

Delicious, simply delicious. A must stop when visiting friends in town.
