Best Western Plus Wilkes Barre Center City

We booked through BringFido, we’re greeted by Chris (great personality and very accommodating). We asked for a quiet room and got exactly that! We slept like babies and our dog loved the room which was very clean and well appointed. Our girl even got a treat at check in . Highly recommended, we will be back

Friendly staff. Breakfast only till 9am. Only 1 way when leaving. Clean rooms. Very nice bathroom. Hotel has covid rules . Bar and restaurant. Our waiter Michael was excellent. Thanks to all staff.

Hotel is convenient to area stores and dining. Great Gyro shop just across the street. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The staff are helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The included breakfast was awesome with even make your own waffles. The restaurant was unique and I only wished I could of eaten there but was unable. Maybe if I visit the area again it will have to be in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor pool and is amenities.

As a number of people here have mentioned, the staff went out of its way to welcome us, our dog, Annabelle, and assure that our stay was very enjoyable. This includes Michael, Leslie and the desk personnel...We travel twice/year from Maine to Florida and will make an effort to book again at this fine motel

Very comfortable clean rooms for a reasonable price to be located downtown and within walking distance to food/bars. Friendly knowledgable staff. Nice full breakfast included! The building is in need of updating in decor, epecially the lounge/dining area but was still worth the stay.
