Starbucks - Wilkes-Barre

It was a busy location. They took over 10 mins to get us the order.

Stopped in around 630, it took literally forever for our drinks to be made. Neither the lobby or drive thru were very full.Two out of five of our drinks were awful tasting.There are two bathrooms and they are relatively clean.They lack an outdoor trashcan so people throw trash on the ground around the parking lot.

I have visited this starbucks location multiple times over the years. I like the vibe of the indoors when not busy. Usually I go through drive through. The staff was nice. Mi amigo and I both got venti iced teas. His a black mine, mine green. We both enjoyed them. I also got a lime frosted bar which was incredible.

Slowest Fast Food/Coffee Shop around. 20 minutes in drive through? You certainly can do better than that! Also, invest some money in fixing the pavement. Rocks filing the holes doesn't do it. A grande is now $6.00 I'm sure you can afford some tar and gravel.

Best way to start the day….seeing Liam and his friendly smile ??he took the time to quickly come over and hand me my drink,that I must have overlooked because it was sitting there waiting for me the entire time?? thank you Liam you are ALWAYS so kind while constantly working hard, never missing a beat? I appreciate all the Starbucks workers because if you ever take notice, they deal with nonstop customers, (some who should practice being polite instead of rude? and very, VERY rarely, during all the chaos, do they make anything wrong, and they always correct any issues so politely no matter which end the error was on….Thank you to all Starbucks employees for an awesome job done!!YOU ALL ARE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!!!??
