Starbucks - Wilkes-Barre

I really like Starbucks. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere strikes a nice balance between busy and cozy. However, I probably wouldn't visit frequently because of the prices. Also, I don't think they offer any coffee that could be classified as a light roast. In my view, even their light roast options tend to be too strong.

The chocolate chip cookies are fantastic, the drinks are enjoyable, and the breakfast is delicious. They work diligently to keep the lines moving quickly; however, if you arrive right at the top of the hour, such as 8, 9, or 10 in the morning, be ready for a long wait with a crowd of college students. The atmosphere is very friendly, making it a great spot to relax, enjoy your coffee or meal, and get some work done!

The customer service is excellent, although it does take a bit of guidance to get my drink just the way I like it. However, don’t let that deter you. I keep returning because they genuinely care about making sure I'm satisfied.

WiFi is often unreliable, and the music can be so loud that it?s impossible to have a conversation or to concentrate on class work.

Excellent and quick service! The coffee was brewed to perfection as well.
