Feedback gevenUnfortunately, the waitress had difficulty communicating in English, which became quite frustrating. Simple requests seemed to confuse her, especially when it came to the bill. We were surprised to see an extra charge of $1 for the soup, and when we raised our concerns, they explained it as if it were standard practice—even though there was no indication on the menu that we would be charged for it. All the meals stated they came with a soup or salad, but this was not honored. Additionally, my father asked for his dish to be prepared with red sauce instead of white, but the waitress misunderstood and covered the lasagna in white sauce, bringing a large bowl of red sauce on the side instead, charging us an extra $4 for it! It was a frustrating conclusion to our meal, and our attempts to speak with the manager were unhelpful. While the food was good, a restaurant also needs to provide decent service, and unfortunately, this place really fell short in that regard.
I also found the service to be a bit rude. When we were first served, the staff brought out a dish with bread and an oil-based dip, which was new to me. Later on, they served us bread topped with a cheese sauce that we hadn't ordered. I assumed it was complimentary, as it was placed on our table, but I was mistaken. My son and I had already tried some when the waitress approached us to ask if we had ordered it. I explained that I thought it was part of the meal. She then informed me that we would have to pay for it since we had eaten some. I reiterated that I wasn’t aware it wasn’t included and felt incredibly awkward about the situation. Thankfully, they didn’t charge us for it, but I found the way I was spoken to quite rude. There was no acknowledgment of their mistake, and it felt like I was being blamed for eating something I thought was part of our meal. I doubt I will return, unless someone else insists on going and offers to pay.
I had a late lunch yesterday and it was fantastic! The crab dip was incredible, and the lobster ravioli was just perfect. It's hard to come by good seafood in the area, but this place really delivers. The wine selection was decent, and our waitress, Nicki, was prompt and exceptionally friendly. She really knew her wines and helped us choose the perfect pairings for our brunch. We had a wonderful time! Beautiful service and delicious food—highly recommend!
They close every day at 8:00, which is quite early. If you are at a very reasonable dinner of 7:30, you expect them to start tilting chairs on tables, removing them and try to push you out of the door. I have no idea why they are so rude about it, it is not our fault that they decide to close for most people in the middle of the meal.
Went there a few times. Food was decent. Staff was ok, except a female mexican woman. She is always slow and refills on drinks take forever with her and she never has a smile on her face. You can't miss her. I Ordered food to go. Came in and girl that took order had no clue what we asked for. So lost. Then after spending $60, I asked for some bread and oil. She said I would have to pay for oil. I said if I was sitting down I get for free. Again ridiculous after spending $60. Then a Mexican waitress that has no personality that I've seen in there before says she was manager and I would have to pay. I told them to cancel order. I asked for owners number so i could call and let him know the horrible Customer service and how he was losing money and a return Customer because of her bad service. But she refused to. Do not go there. Food for the price is not worth it. Food is not bad, but paying for bad service is never worth it. Plus I notice all good reviews where 2- 4 years ago. Bad reviews in the last year. That says alot
