Feedback gevenWe stopped here during our travels and were impressed with how well they handled our order. The staff took their time to ensure everything was correct, and our food was served quickly. However, I did notice that the burgers didn't have that same big grill flavor they used to have. It might just be our perception, but they tasted a bit different this time. Overall, though, they did a great job and we enjoyed our lunch.
My family eats here at least once a week. Despite the fact that they are usually wrapped around the building, they are fast and efficient. I don't remember a time when they didn't get our order right! The food is good and the service is great!
I was stuck in the drive-thru for over an hour and a half, and we had to change our order multiple times at their request, only to wait an extra 20 minutes for our food, which was still incorrect. My milkshake was melted, the sides were wrong, and my BLT was cold (see photo), with a soggy bun that was literally drenched, burned bacon, and missing lettuce, tomato, and mayo. The only positive aspect of this experience was the employee at the drive-thru; he was one of the better parts of our visit.
The food was excellent, but the service was quite slow. It appeared that there were only two staff members—one in the kitchen and one at the register. It took 20 minutes to place an order for just 10 more items. Nonetheless, the food was really delicious.
