Great customer service. Worth the wait if you're not in a rush.

I got a hot chocolate cause online it says it’s apart of the holiday drinks. Got up to the window and the lady tells me no it’s not apart of the deal. It does say on the Starbucks app that it’s included. And they only have it SEASONAL meaning it only comes around Christmas time. I am very DISAPPOINTED on the staff for not warning me when I ordered it that it “ wasn’t apart of the deal”.

Every Starbucks that we have visited is the best place in the world!!!

Literally the slowest Starbucks no matter what time of day. And most of the time they get your order wrong.

It took 25-30 minutes from ordering my drink in the store to receiving it. That was a bit excessive. They only had one person making the drinks and there were at least 10 people waiting on their orders. If they had enough employees making drinks on the Sunday afternoon while I was there, it would have been a 5-star rating.
