These guys were open over the Christmas break. Very busy and looks popular. Coffee was average but the food is good. Try the gourmet burger with chips and dipping source.

Nice strong coffee, friendly service. The free little biscuit with coffee is a nice touch, too. Have only tried the food once, but the bagel I had was delicious and came with a little takeaway side salad. One of the best up that end of town. I will be back!

Gave this place a go as part of a groupon deal, ended up getting a eggs Benedict and coffee for $10! very generous servings and tasted great for the value, have been again since!<br/ <br/ The new owners are lovely and very friendly which added to the experience! will definently be going again next time in the city and would recommend highly for a cheap breakfast in Pert CBD! :

A delightful café in East Perth. I had a wonderful soup, the perfect antidote to a cold Perth day. Ambience of the café is lovely, and the service is prompt and professional. Will definitely go back. If you go on a Saturday morning, the staff run French conversation groups for both beginners and native speakers.
