Ramada By Wyndham Williams Lake

Very polite front staff but easily the worst Ramada i have ever stayed inDisgusting black stains on the carpet throughout the room, wallpaper falling off, curtains falling off, bathroom ceiling paint peeling off, silicon around tub damaged and falling out.I questioned the cleanliness of the bed so i slept in full clothingI had worked a full day, travelling 5 hours after work, arriving late and needed to check out at 4:30am. If under any other circumstances, i would have left and went to another hotel.Will not return, will not recommend

Loved the giant 3 bed room. Staff was wonderful. Location was good just off the highway.

Nice staff, safe location. A little behind on being ready for gyest arrival and the carpets etc need to be replaced and overall common ways+rooms cleaned better.Walkability: Stuffs near-by

In bottom 3 of lifetime hotel experiences. Hot Tub out of service, ice machine out of service, bathroom fan sounded like a 747 taking off, the other bathroom lights were flickering or shorting out. Reported the light issues on day 1 of three day stay and nothing was done. The continental breakfast was embarrassing, but handmade signs made it quite clear you were not allowed to grab an orange juice, muffin, apple or banana and take them with you. No take out ! Last I checked muffins, fruit and juice boxes were designed for grab and go. The ONLY positive was the room was relatively clean, but I strongly recommend against booking at this hotel.

Don’t expect buffet breakfast as advertised just a small continental no hot tub or very friendly service did not try restaurant in hotel but pub next door was excellent had pet room and carpet was a bit dirty otherwise room was quite clean
