Pizza Factory - Williams

The pizza was mediocre. The service made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant deserves a five-star rating.

The customer service at this restaurant was horrible. I was denied service because I had a water bottle with me. I always bring my own water.

I would not recommend this restaurant unless you enjoy being shouted at as soon as you enter. When my family and I walked in, the lady at the counter immediately started yelling at us...

We tried to eat here today, very rude, and went very well. we waited 18 minutes before we asked if we could get our own drinks and she said she will do it when she is ready! she made pizza dripping sweat from her face over eating, at one point I saw her choose her wedgie with the same hand she pizza with ... no! unnecessary to say we have gone and called the local health department!

The pizza was delicious, but unfortunately the atmosphere created by the lady in charge was very unpleasant. There was a lot of negative energy in the restaurant. As a black woman dining with my young son, I was given serviettes to eat with while a white woman was given a plate. This discrimination left a bad taste in my mouth. Additionally, the prices were quite high, with a small pizza costing $17. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
