Manager and employees were the best. Had always bought through drive thru but this time I dined in. Will dine in moving forward.

The guy that took our order today at the Arby’s in Williamsburg was friendly and made us feel we were welcome and he appreciated our business. In today’s world, so many employees could care less if they make the customer feel welcome. We appreciate it!

I stopped by with my family on our way home from a Hawkeye game tonight. We were met with one of the best employees I have ever had the pleasure to encounter at a drive-thru restaurant. I wish I would have gotten his name to properly give props, but he was happy and funny and all around a pleasure to chat with while waiting for our dinner. It was a pleasant surprise and one I hope to repeat in the future!

Loved the fact that they let younger people work for them. all places should let any one 14 and older to work for them
