Cook Out - Williamsburg

I love Cookout so my review may be biased, but I enjoyed experience. The service was quick and friendly despite the large crowd. The food was freshly prepared and quite tasty, overall a positive experience. It’s also an added benefit that it is one of the few places open so late in Williamsburg.

First time vidit. Wish there were locations in Wisconsin.

We stood the counter for several minutes before anybody came to take our order. The person who waited on us did not appear to understand English. Our order was messed up. After 25 minutes I went up and asked the mail that was working where are food wise and he turned around and got it off of the back counter. It had obviously been sitting there for quite a while because of my bun was soggy. They were not busy. If this is how they do business in April I hope they improve before summer gets here with all the tourists.

Always the quick place to grab a Burger and a Shake.Food was good. Service was prompt.

Tired of not getting what I ordered. I say no cheese and no sour cream. I get both! Why?? Tired of not receiving a receipt of what I pay for exactly!!
