I ordered a $3 meal and they forgot one of the two items. It seems like the staff at checkout need some assistance. They end up pocketing things and handing them off to the drivers. The managers are back there trying to keep things together, but mistakes happen. It's frustrating because I really enjoy McDonald's.

McDonald's is nearly perfect for what it is. The quality is consistent, though I wouldn't call it great. The prices are fair. A man owns most of the locations in Williamsburg, and he does an excellent job with selection, attitude, training, and motivating his employees.
