EDIT: And I'ld like to point out, before anyone calls your salads expensive, if you bought bag salad and all the ingredients at the local grocery store, its actually WAY more expensive, and half the produce would end up getting thrown away. Plus Panera salads are yummy.
I like the mac and cheese and desserts but they usually dont have many desserts after the lunch rush
$7 for a cup of soup that’s mostly broth is actually insane. Unless you want to drop half a band on some mid food I would not
The food was good but if you're going to close the drive thru, put up a sign. Make sure it's visible to people before they get to the orange cones at speaker. And when I say visible, I mean more than a small sign that is placed back in near the speaker that is blocked off by cones. Also, maybe you should give instructions that you need to do the opposite of what it says online. You don't pick it up at the drive thru, you have to go inside to get it. This isn't the only thing that I've experienced that makes me wonder if anyone there really knows what they're doing.
I visited this panera bread a few weeks ago for the first time in a few years. The food was good, employees were extremely kind and helpful, however the general manager Lisa S. has one of the disgusting, poor attitudes i’ve ever experienced in customer service. I simply asked for a refill of my drink that tasted off, and I was immediately snapped at and talked down to. I proceeded to ask the employee at the counter to call her to my table as I wanted to speak further and boxes as I no longer felt comfortable dining here. The (teenage) employee actually apologized on her behalf, (embarrassing). She came to my table and said “You could’ve gotten the boxes yourself at the front.” with a smug attitude and continued to raise her voice in attempts to cause a scene. she walked away mid conversation and returned with boxes, walking away again, saying nothing. I’ve also spoken to many former employees of this panera bread who say Lisa has always has always treated patrons and employees horribly. I definitely wouldn’t recommend if you expect quality customer service, cause Lisa seems too irrational to hold such a position.
