Feedback gevenOrdered the same thing I always get, iced white chocolate mocha latte with sweet foam, caramel drizzle, and an extra shot of espresso. Large. The price was .53 less than normal. Didn’t even think twice about it until after the fact. Forgot my caramel drizzle!!! Of course I was late and needed to be somewhere… Place was busy. Well understaffed. Called in and Tyler said next time coffee is on us! Now that’s great customer service!
I absolutely love Starbucks. They have never messed up an order of mine, which is new to me (we all make mistakes we are human but it's nice to have a place that strives to make as many customers happy as they can (run-on sentences, I know! I'll pay extra for amazing coffee which this place has. I'll pay extra for my time as well, which I'm saving by not having to go back to get the correct coffee.
I love our Starbucks. The staff there is fabulous. Especially Connor. He even remembers my order when I come through the drive thru on my Tuesday and Thursday visits.
Never write reviews.... ever! But I will say whenever I go to this location I always receive great service. The employees are kind and understanding with every order. Drinks are made correctly every time I go. Not once have I ordered my regular and it tasted different. Just tonight I went and one employee who I see regularly there makes my drink so delicious! I can’t recommend this location enough! Updated: still absolutely love this location. Today I had a drink that wasn’t how I liked it exactly and I called and Chris answered the phone. He was polite and helpful, told me to come in and he would remake it. I came in 15 minutes later to him happy to help and remake it. The costumer service is awesome and I will continue to come here because of that.
