Papa John's Pizza - WILLIAMSTON

I called up therefor a delivery, and i accidentally left my card in the car, I said I called back, lady on the phone had an attitude and slammed the phone down, love papa johns but the lady on the phone who said her name was Elizabeth was extremely rude for no reason.

Called 3 times it rang rang so I hung up waited long time before calling back same thing I got as the first one finally called the 3rd time let it ring ring they did finally pick up got a big slam in my hear just plain rudd uncalled for

I have been ordering from here for a while now and never really have problems but lately.. it takes forever to get my pizza and it's always obvious it was rushed. Today was the worst so far. I've never had to heat up a pizza that was just delivered to me but today that was exactly the case. Which is understandable every now and then but then it was gross. Idk what it was about it but I didn't even eat it. So I call up there to see if they could fix it for me and some rude girl on the phone got an attitude with me. Use to be my go-to for delivery but now I think I'll just stick to my local family owned pizza place.

How is a company going to deliver to your house sometimes then sometimes not?? this place is a joke

My family and I are fishing firelake. My son decided he wanted pizza. We gave an order to deliver the guy we talked about the delivery in about 30 to 45 minutes. We waited for the pizza for an hour. It never came. We called back the store to tell someone else that they don't have our order and that we reorder the pizza. We did, but they accused us the second time they did the first time. This is the second time that we have ordered from here and both times there were problems with the order.
