Rita's Italian Ice - Willingboro

So, we decided to cancel our order, leave, and return after finishing our shopping. Upon returning, we thought it would be easier to order separately to avoid any more complications. However, as soon as I tried to place my order, the manager confronted me, claiming I had already been there and that we could only use one voucher per day. This was not stated anywhere on the voucher and contradicted what he had said earlier. When we calmly explained that we hadn’t used the vouchers before and had left without making a purchase, he continued to verbally berate us and accused us of lying. Eventually, he grudgingly allowed us to use one voucher, but even after waiting for 20 minutes, we still didn’t receive our water ice and ended up leaving empty-handed.

I ordered a few items from this Rita's, and my concrete seemed to be half eaten. When I asked for it to be remade, the staff member gave me a rude attitude and refused to remake it unless I paid for another one.

I would like to have extra custard on my gelato because I find the sweetness of the Italian ice to be a bit overwhelming.

I absolutely adore the young ladies who work there. They are incredibly sweet, efficient, and always provide service with a smile.

They closed 20 minutes before 10 PM and didn’t acknowledge us waiting at the window.
