Feedback gevenThe customer service is terrible. the type that makes our food has always made faces and smashed its lips. When I asked that my sandwich be roasted, he rolled his eyes. this has happened twice, we will not go back.
Ordered online and two of the three feet long I had ordered it also tasted from the date.
Just terrible! my man, the mother in law and the daughter came at 9:20 o'clock. my daughter had a dance night so we had to get home quickly. my daughter was in her costume from the concert and she has another performance the next night, so we wanted to immerse in order to avoid any chaos coming on her costume. the customer service was terrible. my man ordered a club, but was said that they were made of roast beef, no big thing, he asked if they could put something else on the sandwich instead and was not said, although on the menu board it says that if they are out of something, they can replace it with something else. my man just ordered a sandwich. when we made our way to pay, the cash register was placed our chips in a pocket, and we said that we would eat one and she said that they are close, it is now likely 9:30 hours are indicated as 9 a.m. we asked when they close, and she said about 10, okay well then we'll eat as we have 30 minutes. the cashier insisted that we go and said that they would call the bulls if we didn't. we were not exaggerated at all, but we had 30 minutes before they closed, so we went too table to sit down and she switched off the dining room lighter! really? Maybe she should find another job, subway is not a good fit for her, and if subway continues to allow this type of customer service, canned for her!
Girl who works there needs to city her 3 inch nails, saw food under them while she was making my sandwich with no gloves. Gave it back. Tdlr will be reported
Angi a worker there is very rude and disrespectful she has no way of handling customers she really needs to improve her customer service she was being rude not just to me if not other customers aswell.
