Panera Bread - Williston

The staff are working as hard as they can, but need more workers. The food was great, but because of low staff the place was a little chaotic and messy.

I was going to order a sandwich on wheat bread and got told they only have white bread which I can't have, so you need to get wheat bread into your restaurants.

I mostly use the rapid-pick and have my food within minutes. The meal is always fresh with a nice presentation.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to give a big shout out to this location for their kindness and patience with me. Somehow, my app fluked while I was ordering and placed my order to a different location, and instead of turning me away orharping on me for that error, they asked me what I ordered and made it all for me when there was no way to rectify it in theapp. They went above and beyond my expectations to make sure my needs were met and made my food with care. Thank you so much tothe Williston Panera Bread team for their outstanding customer support! This is definitely my favorite Panera!

Food is what you would expect from a chain restaurant. Panera has always offered some good, quality sandwiches and salads, the service is pretty great at this establishment in Williston. Only reason I don't give it more than 3 stars is because I lovepromoting mom and pop shops and privately owned businesses.
