Feedback gevenDuring my visit tonight, I witnessed an incident while sitting inside the restaurant. A customer ordering her sub voiced her concerns about her last experience—specifically, how the sandwich had been poorly made, with the meat all piled in the center. She wanted to avoid a repeat of that and asked for her sub to be warmed with the meats heated in separate containers and cheese on top in the microwave this time. After the first warming, she asked him to heat it longer because she felt it wasn't warm enough and didn't want a cold sandwich. However, the young man told her she was asking for too much. She insisted that her requests were reasonable, especially as she had other commitments. He then responded that he had things to attend to during his shift as well. This situation exemplifies why they should adhere to the principle that the customer is always right and not argue with them. I left unimpressed with this Subway location and won't return if those two young men are on duty. One of them did apologize to me after the incident, and I pointed out that he could have handled it much better. He repeated his apology and, when I mentioned I wouldn’t return if he or his coworker were working, he casually said he didn’t care because he was stressed out. That is simply unacceptable! I do appreciate their coupon deals, but I feel like the overall service diminishes the experience.
I ordered a sub for my son and a wrap for myself. The sub was decent, well-prepared, and flavorful. The wrap, however, was a bit lacking; it seemed hastily made and wasn’t rolled properly, making it quite messy. Additionally, it wasn’t cut all the way through. I would appreciate it if a bit more attention could be given to the presentation of the food. Thank you!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited a long time just to pay, despite it not being busy. I'm visiting my dad from out of town, and my sandwich was made incorrectly—I asked for avocados but received guacamole instead, which I didn’t order. The person on the phone was quite rude, as was the cashier at the drive-thru. They used way too much mayo and honey mustard, making the sandwich inedible. To top it off, they didn't even cut the foot-long sandwich. After driving four hours to see family and not eating all day, I now have to spend more money to find something else to eat. I’m really disappointed.
I am beyond mad. I go here often and order through the touch screen. I review my order every time and yet every time something is wrong. I usually am not one to complain but how hard is it to toast a sub? I feel workers are purposely skipping stepsbecause they feel it won't matter because who will come back in to complain? I have called and complained to the manager becauseit is just disappointing to get home and the sub is wrong. Management was very nice, and gave me a free sub. However, theycouldn't toast this one either. I'm just beyond confused as to why this is such an issue. Will not be going back.
There is one hired that I leive is a new one that had the most respectful, courtesy attitude. he was extremely happy and stood up. He listened to her order and had a great eye contact that felt that I was not just another sandwich. that was the lunch break, and he was a bit shady, but remained cool. jon, you did a great job.
