Texas Roadhouse - Willoughby

After waiting an hour to be seated, when we were told it would be thirty minutes. We got greeted by the waitress pretty quickly but after giving our drink an Appetizer order, We waited quite a while close to 10 minutes, got our mixed drinks from the bar, but still didn't get our water and sprite drinks we asked for. When she finally brought the drinks, She forgot one of the drinks and it was another several minutes for that drink to come out. She took our food order after finally bringing out that last drink, It was close to another hour before a food came out. The only reason I am giving this review three stars is because the food actually was really good. From the time we walked in at 3:43pm p.m., we left at 637 p.m., which was almost 3 hours for 4 people, which is a little ridiculous. If you have plenty of time to waste on dinner, then this is the place to go. Good food but very slow service.

Regular customer at this place, its always been good but last night I was seated and the waiter got us our drinks and never came back. 25 Minutes later I had to get up and ask someone else waiter to get us bread that she never gave us as our current waiter doesn't bother to check in at all for nearly half an hour.

I like to go to this brand but this branch the food was cold. The irony when the servers cold steak with butter it just testing like ....

My reasoning for one star is that you are instructed to call/go online and make a reservation if you have a party of 6 or more. If a staff member never admitted that they never answer the phone regarding whomever mans the reservation line, I probably would 've given this location a 3 or 4. We had a party of 11, and was told it was a 40-45 minute wait. Welp, that turned into an hour and 5 minutes. Our waitresses, Jenny and Samara ? assisted us very pleasantly, especially Jenny. They kept checking on us, and made sure we had what we needed and wanted without complaining. I will return, but first, I 'll make a reservation online with less people, and if there 's more than 6 of us, we won 't waste our time coming here because they don 't answer the reservation line.
