Olive Garden Willow Grove

I haven't dined here in years due to the food and customer service not being up to par. However, we really enjoyed our meal tonight. The food was served quickly, and everything was delicious. Our waitress was very attentive.

There was an issue with our seating when we arrived at 9 AM. Initially, we were informed that the restaurant would close at 10 AM, so we were told we couldn't be seated or served. We started to leave, but then we spoke with the manager, who clarified that this was incorrect. Once seated, we enjoyed the delicious spinach and artichoke dip. The Italian margaritas were excellent, and the service was very good. Despite the rocky start, we ended up having a great time.

The food and drinks were enjoyable, and the staff was friendly. However, the time spent with my family is always priceless.

I ordered the endless soup and salad. All soups are wonderful! However, the salad tasted as if it were left On request from company customer service and general manager, I returned to the Olive Garden in Willow Grove to feed again. As usual, I had the endless soup and salad. The soup was fabulous, it was the chicken gnocchi, salad was fresh, crisp and delicious! The service was wonderful! That showed me that Olive Garden is a wonderful place to eat a bite. I am very happy to come back and enjoy another meal!

Jackie was very excellent fast. She was courteous friendly would love to have her as a waitress again. But the two women working the front for seating(bigger blonde woman thin one with dark brown hair) was rotten profiled me my 2 friends as well, we heard them talking to each other about us along with laughing starring. Otherwise the food was good customer service was too.
