Pizza Hut - Willow Park

Just the worst establishment. Totally unreliable every, single time. If you’re lucky enough to get your food, you can guarantee it will be cold. Too bad.

This is our third order since they switched to DoorDash for delivery. Always takes twice as long as before. And food is always cold. Crust is hard.

If you're handycap beware!!!Don't bother with calling or doing curbside, its only offered if they have time, and if they are busy, they don't care if you're calling. Well, I'm not wasting another hour again with them. I'm done! Good luck!

Worst experience I have ever had. My order was 30 minutes late. Getting ready and then got dropped on the floor. Instead of an apology I was told it wasn’t my fault. Ended up asking for a refund instead of apology. I got asked to leave the store when the Smart mouth kid at the front Started getting mouthy with me. Will not go back.

They use door dash for their delivery drivers. Very slow. They have gotten my order wrong twice, and left our drink at the store. Will be going with Mr. Jim’s and Dominos from her on out.
