Score Sports Center - Willow Springs

Equipment is ok but management SUCKS..missing many amenities..including sauna, pool, guest passes $15 for a day)..prices have gone up without any improvement. They declined to honor a free day pass THEY GAVE TO ME. As if they have never seen it before. The employees are kind but management is very rude. They make you forget that you’re the one paying thembetter off at any other gym save your money

This club has gone way downhill. It was great pre-pandemic but the facility is half closed down. No pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room or towel service so you can take a shower. The owner comes up with a new excuse every time we ask if any of the services will be brought back. For the money it is ok but it is only a small step above Planet Fitness. If the dues are raised a dollar more I would cancel.

Sent an email out 24hours before the end of the business week last year when they were going to open again after the closure from covid. Had no time to respond to freeze my account if I wanted to which I would have wanted to. So I was charged for my membership even though I wanted it to be frozen. Was told there's nothing they could do and wouldn't help me with that. They have no plans to open their pool, sauna, steam rooms or whirlpools a year after covid, nor to the end of 2022. 30-40$ monthly membership with little to no amenities coupled with machines are falling apart and no one maintains anything there.

Canceled membership, paid cancellation fee. 6 months later I was contacted that I did not pay an extra months membership fee and was charged $25/month in late fees up until that point. Called the facility to resolve issue, the person responsible for billing was not present at time of call, I left my name and number and was never contacted back. Fast forward another 5 months and they call out of the blue claiming I owe $400 and that if I don’t pay today, I will be sent to collections. Total scam and total shysters. Judging by other comments on the page, this experience happens a lot at this place

Super COVID strict, management is obviously stupid. Facility is pretty legit though from what I’ve seen.
