Cafe Mezzanotte - Wilmington

If you want to be ignored by your server time and time again, this is the place to go. Took date here for their Valentine’s day dinner….biggest mistake I’ve ever made (luckily she didn’t break up with me! . Slow service, waited 45 minutes for meal and took 2 hours to complete the whole dinner. Atmosphere was okay and the food didn’t suck as bad as the service. Cafe Mezzanotte claims to be a ‘high class’ restaurant but was not convinced. No one should make a reservation and get excited to go to this place. If you’re from the area go to Harry Savoy bar and grill (way better food and service . *this is only the experience I had. This does not mean you will receive the same, but I would be skeptical if you’re trying to plan a romantic evening or what not.

Love the changes to the decor and the food is delicious! A quiet place for a drink or fabulous dinner after work or pre-theatre. Highly recommended.
