Feedback gevenI had never been to a Bojangles before, since I do not live in the southern region. I decided to try their chicken sandwich and found the taste to be enjoyable. However, I was disappointed to discover that it was spicy, as I had thought I had ordered the non-spicy version. I would have given this place a 4 or 5-star rating based solely on the taste of the food, but the girl who took my order at the drive-thru seemed uninterested and somewhat rude. While this may be common at many fast food establishments, there are some that prioritize good customer service. Therefore, I believe all fast food places should meet that standard and hold them all accountable when rating them.
The drive-thru was not moving, so I opted to place a curbside order and waited for 15 minutes. Eventually, I gave up and went inside. I observed 9 people wandering around the kitchen without much purpose, leading to slow service. The girl at the counter made mistakes with my order twice before finally getting it right. I left with my food 30 minutes after arriving.
Today around noon, at the Bojangles located at 520 College Road in Wilmington, NC, I had a negative experience with the young man working at the drive-through. I ordered a number 13 meal, which was supposed to include two thighs, one drumstick, and two sides. When I clarified with him about the number of thighs and sides included in the meal, he responded rudely and seemed frustrated. Despite my attempts to ensure I understood the menu correctly, he became increasingly irritated and eventually told me to go elsewhere. I felt disrespected as a customer and asked to speak with someone else. Unfortunately, incidents like this are not uncommon at this location, as I have received incorrect orders in the past. Although the girl at the window was polite, I was not satisfied with the service I received. In the future, I will likely choose Cook Out over Bojangles, despite my preference for the latter. Additionally, I suspect the young man intentionally gave me a broken biscuit and only provided one, fueling my concerns about the quality of my food. I urge the management to review any recordings of the interaction to assess the young man's behavior objectively.
The absolute worst Bojangles I have ever been to. Every last person working here was rude as hell. They gave us half of our order and then were rude when we asked for the rest of our order. Also we were given the wrong sauce. And again they're wererude when we asked for the correct sauce. When we went inside to get the correct sauce no one was paying attention and seemedannoyed that we were interrupting their texting. This place should be closed and the staff should all be fired. Also, apparentlycleaning was too much to ask for as the parking lot was filthy.
Unfortunately I must have come to a bad time. it wasn't busy, it was 11:30. I just thought I would include this the biscuit was in crumb that was terrible the round kartoffels were greasy and cold. not what I expected from one of my favorite restaurants in the morning bojangles I didn't evaluate the atmosphere because I went through the drive thru.
