Brent's Bistro - Wilmington

Excellent cuisine and very good service. Loved the grouper with figs and brie. The fie cracker shrimp were a delightful mix of tender shrimp and a touch of warmth. Didn't get to the desserts as I was entirely too full from two wonderful courses. The food at this bistro is fantastic and the service is top-notch. While it may be a bit on the pricey side, the quality definitely justifies it. The dishes are fresh and delicious, and I don't mind splurging when it's worth it. I will definitely be coming back here again. The atmosphere is also great, with plenty of parking available in a free parking lot. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a lovely dinner experience. Food was incredible. Family run with all the good vibes therin. Upscale and decadent.
