Dunkin' - Wilmington

Visit of temecula california and saw dunkin donuts everywhere I went. pretty good coffee and the people who work here were friendly.

Closed at 11.30 am when hours say 12 pm. The girl with glasses should watch her attitude with customers. It looks like she doesn't like being bothered with questions.?

Half of our donuts were over cooked and when we asked the worker if we were able to replace them she said “i don’t understand” got a peppermint mocha and they added wayyy too much peppermint. also very short staffed it’s 12am and only 2 people working??

Someday they'll figure out how to make consistent coffee at all the franchises until then you'll get a tiny bit of burnt coffee with all ice and a stale expensive donut or bagel after 12 noon

Popped in here one time. What I got was fine but they forot part of my order. Possibly they seemed short staffed. A line of people and only 2 people working. I felt bad for them. I'm positive if there were one or two more working their service would have been better. It's only reason why I gave 4 stars. They were apologetic and corrected the orders quickly. Some places would have had an attitude these 2 kept their cool and fixed the orders which I liked. You can't blame them.
