El Pollo Loco - Wilmington

Your food has lost its once amazing quality. Well, if you go to drive thru, you need to remember that you need plates, utensils, even salsas. If you don't ask, you won't just get the simple chicken. Update on 23 July 2022. Someone has to fire the person responsible for this restaurant being in stock. I decided to give him another lot, and el pollo loco was from chicken!!! It's like McDonald's was from Burgers!!! This has also happened in front of one of my relatives, they don't want to sell the family menu; instead push a little more expensive....what a ugly restaurant this once great place has become.

It is very tasty, the only thing I do not like is that on the birria tacos combo they give very small amount of consome it is not fair and it is expensive, they should give more juice

I visited the drive-thru tonight, and when I tried to pay using my EBT card, they informed me that they were closed to EBT transactions at the drive-thru. I had previously used my EBT card there without any issues, so I was surprised by the new restriction. They should have communicated this change clearly.

Their drive was extremely slow. It took more than 30 minutes to wait for my order. I had to go in to wait for my food because it wasn't ready until I ordered. They were also from crispy tacos, so there is not a good day to go to this place.

This was my first time at this restaurant, and I was disappointed. After I was charged, the server informed me that they didn't have any chicken breast available. I accepted that, but when I asked for a salad and coleslaw, she returned to say they didn’t have those either. She also hardly provided any forks or salsa. I will definitely not be returning here.
