Rx Restaurant And Bar - Wilmington

John Marc from Pembroke Restaurant recommended that we try RX, and we are so glad we did! We had an amazing farm-to-table experience with dishes like pork, smoked wings, and a delicious pork breakfast. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was wonderful. We highly recommend visiting RX along with Pembroke's (which has the same owners) in Wilmington.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is excellent. The staff is very friendly. We tried the fall cocktail, which was absolutely delicious. It was made with vodka, cranberry juice, apple juice, and was very tasty. For the entree, I had the shrimp and grits, which was out of this world and full of flavor. It had bacon, shrimp, and grits. For dessert, we shared the salted caramel mousse cake. We will definitely be coming back.

We opted for the family style dining option, which was great because we got to sample a little bit of everything that was brought to the table. Some of my personal favorites were the shrimp, duck shoots, and fried wings. Everything was served hot, nicely plated, and incredibly delicious. Our server, Christina, was very friendly and attentive. I recommend checking out this restaurant when you're in Wilmington, NC.

This is a place worth driving from raleigh. their menu changes daily and it is all local. her conditor is also phenomenal.

Wow, what a wonderful birthday dinner. A restaurant we wanted to try and it wasn't disappointed. They gave us the birthday menu to bring home, very unique and special. The drinks were cocktails. My smoke therapy with mezcal and cinnamon was fabulous. We shared smoked fish dive, full of large fish pieces, served with pimples and crackers. The Ana oysters were thin and large, perfect local oysters. The duck I had was limited and absolutely phenomenal. The skin was crispy and fell from the bone. Served with a stunning array of broccoli, sweet potato, apples and radishes. The Flounder was light and fluffy with cauliflower, broccoli and carrots. We have a chocolate Swiss roll filled with dark chocolate and served with whipped cream. I couldn't ask for a better night. We will definitely come back.
