I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to an older employee named Barbra, who displayed a rude and racist attitude. When I ordered a portion of turkey meat, she insisted that I pay for an entire sub, showing a complete lack of professionalism. Her coworkers were visibly uncomfortable with her behavior, and one even attempted to assist me, only for Barbra to yell at her for doing so. It’s no wonder that Subway workers are often underpaid; the working environment seems challenging.
I ordered a meatball sub from this restaurant, but it surprisingly had no meatballs in it. I'm not sure how that could happen!
Went out of my way to get a meal I really wanted. Worker was cleaning when I entered which I liked but looked me in my face and didn't speak. Didn't even wash her hands just put gloves on and asked me what I wanted. Was VERY disappointed! Just walked out.
I placed an order online using their app. It had a glitch but my money was taken and my order did not go thru. I tried to call the phone number it didn?t work. I walked across the street to ask them how I got it corrected they were both Qi able to answer.They had no recommendations on who I could contact they just said that the subway app was not their app so they couldn?t help.Then Barbara the woman apparently in charge told me to leave the store. I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. Icannot believe that they take orders online but they have no way to tell you how to get help when something goes wrong. I willNEVER go back.
