Feedback gevenWe love you guys, but for goodness sakes, do not say you have decaf tea when you don't have decaf tea. I ordered a decaf tea and it was just water. Your employees confirmed that the decaf tea is just plain water. What in the world? You can't represent that it is tea when it is just plain old water. They seemed unaware that decaf tea exists.
Service is hit or miss here. Had two ladies closing the shop. One gave a rude vibe. When I went to the restroom she came after me and said it was closed. She said you see this (wet floor sign), that means the bathroom is closed. First of all, I speak english. Second, that sign means caution, wet floor. Then she asked the other barista what time it was. I get we came 15 min before closing but as a working mom I try to make the most of my days with my kids. The other barista was way friendlier. She even let my daughter know the chips she was buying were super spicy. She gave us our drinks and wished us a good night.
The drinks were just super watered down and the regular cups have gotten smaller. Not worth the $7 dollars at all.
I tried this place today for the first time and I probably won't be back. I do have to say that the employee was nice. My husband ordered a taro milk tea and it was okay. It tasted really watered down. I chose mango and it was not good at all. They also messed up the topping. They gave me popping bubbles instead of the tapioca. When I asked them to remake it, I also asked if I could change the flavor since they had to make a new drink anyway. They refused and said I would have to pay for a whole new one. I get that you can't make a drink for free just because someone doesn't like it, but they had to make a whole new drink anyway because of their mistake. If they had made it right, I would have never even said anything about it. Sorry, but there are better bubble tea places out there with better service.
My husband and I are visiting for a business trip and stopped here twice. We’re both Asian and love our boba.First time was (12/8) evening and we were the only customers there. The lady at the register was SUPER nice and explained everything very well. I got a Tiger boba regular milk tea and my husband got one of their matcha frostea boba. The other lady who made our drinks was fast and got mine done before my husband made his choice. We both got the regular size since we didn’t know if we’d like it. Turned out we really loved it! The tapioca had a good taste and chewy texture. We loved it so much that we went again yesterday evening (12/9). However, this time we had a different experience. The place had a good amount of people there and the workers were different. The lady who took our order was very nice. I loved their tiger boba so much that I order a large this time. I knew the person who made it was different because it was completely different. The drink was extremely watered down, it tasted like I was drinking poorly flavored water. The amount of boba was little. Barely any brown sugar syrup on the sides. No ice. I was very disappointed. My husband had gotten their regular sized taro frostea. It was good but not the same consistency and quality as the matcha frostea he had gotten the night before. I seriously considered going back to ask for a new drink or a refund because of how bad mine was but they were so busy and I didn’t want to bother. If I had tried this place for the first time based on last night’s boba, I would’ve given this place 2/5 stars but since I had such a good experience the first time I decided to give it 4/5.
