Hardee's - Wilson

I was a bit disappointed with the loaded omelet biscuit, but the sausage and cheese biscuit and the hot cake sandwich combo were good. However, the customer service was lacking and felt very indifferent—robotic, even. It didn't feel welcoming at all.

I stopped working on that hardee on my way home. At 9:00. The guy who took my order in the car was very rude and short with me. I was in the window and seemed nicer. I don't know if it was the same. I had ordered two Frisco Burger Meals. We couldn't eat our food. The burger was warm, the bungalow was not roasted at all and they must have thought that this was really funny....a literally pouring packages of salt on both burgers. The few bits I had before I realized what they had done, sent my blood pressure sky up and let me hit with my heart out of my chest. For someone with health problems, this could have been a very serious thing. This kind of strike should result in a termination to all parties involved. I will cancel this complaint.

My order was messed up... When I called, they told me to come back, but when I did, they didn't even take my receipt, which resulted in another mistake. I've given up on Hardee's.

Been waiting for almost 20 minutes after paying for food at one of there slowest times... No excuses for that, it's why we stopped going here in the first place thank you for reminding me. Food is good 80 percent of the time it just takes forever for you to get the food.

Pull around front . It doesn 't matter what you order, it could be a large sweet tea and you will still be asked to pull around front and wait. Bless. ????????
