Feedback gevenI received the completely wrong order after waiting 25 minutes in the drive-thru. I had just gotten off work and was eager to eat, so I didn't check the bag at the time. Unfortunately, we had to go home because we didn't want what they gave us.
I placed my order in the car thru. Then my daughter called that I should get her a cinnamon crunch bagel, so when I got into the window, I asked the lady I can add a bagel to my order, she said that we are out of Bagels and then closed the window, VERY RUDE. So I parked my car and went in and I see a basket full of bagels. I asked to speak to a superior who never came. So I saw the lady who said there were no bagels. She looked surprised. She thought I didn't come in. I knew she was lying, but why? For no reason. I spoke to her and told her she lied and was very rude. Then she said I'm sorry I thought we were out. No. If people don't work, they should stay home. I'll never return to this place.
The food is great, but is a bit pricey. My order was correct. All of the empty tables were clean. I used the kiosk to order my food instead of going to the counter, but the staff that I did interact with was friendly. Good dining experience.
I have eaten here a few times and finally tried the order ahead option. It was easy and convenient. My food was ready when I arrived and very good,as usual.
"I had a frustrating experience at Propulsion Thru. I received sour bread that came with an excessive amount of something that looked like a spoonful of goo. It left me wondering what I was supposed to do with it. Not only was I still hungry afterward, but I also felt annoyed, especially considering I spent $11.83. I’ve never had any issues with restaurants in Virginia Beach, VA, until now."
