Parker's Barbecue. - Wilson

I eat almost all my 69 years at parker. it was a big bbq favorit for me, even if I had eaten at not other bbq places. since I am a graduate of the atlantic christian college barton I could often go to parkers in four years. they love the bbq,slaw corn sticks and sweet tee! they don't have to wait long to be waited for or to get their food. I'm back in juli! they increase the bbq bar high.

Wow, all they eat bbq and fried chicken for 8.88 the eating was great, kartoffeln, shiny, hush puppy, brunswick stew, bbq and fried chicken with sweet tee a south dream. the staff was very friendly, timely and very friendly. No wonder this place has been 72 years.

Had not eaten at Parker's in 8 years. Use to be one of my favorite restaurants. Was in town and decided to eat there. The Brunswick stew was not as I remembered it. It was dark brown 2 butterbeans and few kernels corn in it and it reaked of chili powder! Not good at all. I got a child's 1 chicken leg dinner with tea. Asked for a wing bag to go. I almost fainted when I paid as it was 17.00!! One person !! The wing bag was 8.00 and that was not listed on The menu so I didn't know the price but I thought around 5.00! The 5 wings were size of sparrow wings and hard and dry! I was very disappointed in my food and prices. I dont care to go back. Parker's you can treat your customers better than that and warn your customers of over priced items especially when they have to be fed to the cats!

The best BBQ and fried chicken in NC. Have been going there all of my adult life and as often as my health allows! :
