Fast paced, friendly service, great menus with lots to choose from, clean public restrooms, electronic payment system right from your car. Also they have an app which is very good for ordering and pick up.

If I could give them no stars I would. Awful service. Ice cold chicken and cold burger. No straws for drinks, no utensils with order, and no napkins when order was brought to the vehicle. When asked for them to be brought no employee came back. Tea was old and sour. I wont go back and am reporting them to the local health department. Get your act together or close your doors.

They can't even make strawberry limeaid correctly. They gave me one that was slimy it had foam and bubbles on top. I went back they basically gave me carbonated water. So I just threw it out the window and left. Don't even want the money back. They seem to not care about anything. The food is already disgusting. I was still going for the drinks. But they can't do that either.

I had a great experience a few weeks ago and came back today for lunch. I'm so disgusted. I pulled a hair out of my cheeseburger ? and a few minutes later an entirely different colored hair from my fries. I wear hijab so it definitely wasn't mine! Feel sick at this point!

The shaking machine was down! grrr, that was really why we first stopped because we don't have sonics near where we live in new york. Eating was simply okay, service slow and terrible attitude? they did not hear and read our order back as an auctioneer, so we did not catch that they left our daughter maishund. I would never stop here again. To be honest, I know that the people around the country have little personal, but seriously, no shake, bad service, overpriced eating, there are no wonders driving away.
