Canning River Cafe - Wilsons Creek

This joint is so good for any daytime coffee or a feed with your pooch. We as a group of 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed a family lunch. Such good tucker after so many ideas for all dogs. Nice and quiet cafe. A tip pays to book. Super busy.great service. And use your rewardle card.

The food was very good and the service was polite and courteous. We both enjoyed the potato rosti, one with poached eggs and crispy bacon (just as we had asked for), and the other with mushrooms and spinach (although there may have been a bit too much spinach). The coffee and hot chocolate were also very nice. The restaurant has a lovely setting with a park and plenty of greenery. We would definitely recommend a visit.

This cafe is in a lovely setting away from busy roads and shopping centers, close to the the bank of the Canning River. We found it very pleasant watching and listening to the birds while we enjoyed coffee, hot chocolate and a muffin. Everything hit the spot perfectly.

Consistently exceptional service, reasonable prices, delicious food, and a convenient location. For those with Celiac disease, this is a must-visit restaurant. Keep this gem a secret from your gluten-eating companions, who will simply see it as a great spot to meet up.

Took my mum here for her birthday Booked Table of 4 Place was busy When putting my order through I had a question with a item on the menu The girl who was serving had very poor customer service skills her facial expression and tone was very rude Even if she thought it was a stupid question , she should keep professional smile and answer the query and I don’t think it was to do with them being busy Either way it’s was one question , her whole attitude was terrible With all the staff that day who attended to us she was the only one that was rude Hopefully senior staff can remind her the art of great customer service as unfortunately we won’t be back due her service and the food was average Too many other places with good food and great service The location is lovely Next time we,ll bring our own or takeaway from another cafe and picnic instead by the river
