Texas Steakhouse Catering

Everything was amazing during my last visit to Texas Steakhouse. The food was great but he best part of my experience was my server, Carson. He was on point with everything. I will be back and will ask for Carson every time.

Me and my husband last week 8 at the steakhouse and it was so amazing and our waitress was on point with everything what a lovely night we had the food and service in people there are amazing.. ?? Parking: There is plenty of room to park Kid-friendliness: Friendly employees so they would be very warming up to children Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for wheelchairs

I usually don 't leave reviews unless they are good reviews. Today was by far the worst experience I 've had with a manager. Jenny was very rude. We waited a very long time for food, parking lot was not full, we parked in the front. My steak came out very cold. The waitress apologized and said they would remake it. Since we waited so long she said she would take it off of our ticket. She bought the second plate and apologized again. We got our ticket and I was charged for an extra plate. The manager told me she took off the first cold plate but charged me for the second since I ate it. She also said the waitress can 't take off meals only she can. I told her I haven 't ate it because I 'm no longer hungry. She said, I 'll take it off but leave it on the table! She raised her voice at me and rolled her eyes. I 've never witnessed anything like this from a manager. And yes, I left the steak on the table. I will never go back.

It's been a long hard road ? I drove seven hundred miles and then I saw a sign that said, texas steakhouse saloon. Had a pretty decent meal with a lg pour glass of pinot grigio for $35. The service from Brandy at the bar was spot on. And, brandy, the bartender, hooked me up with a nice room right behind the restaurant for $67. I will definitely make this my regular stop from New York to Florida and back, a trip I make often.
