Cleveland Draft House Clayton

They just catered a breakfast for my company and it was absolutely the best breakfast we've ever had catered! And the staff was wonderful! Highly suggest them

I am extremely upset, my family and I just moved from fuquay to Clayton , and eat with this restaurant many of times except the Clayton one was out first time , and we choose to order to go.. I am not happy at all, not about the food but the service that was given to me in regards to me going back in after checking that 2 of my sauces weren’t there ; only to basically be told oh well they put them there and mind you the manger basically proceeded to open my bag of food and check as if I’m lying , I did not at all appreciate that , making me feel as if I was a liar over 2 sauces . The manger went back and was supposed to grab me 2 instead came back with one “ stating they said it’s in there somewhere , mind you this lady set there and had me open my food in front of here only finding one … Very disappointed in service after spending almost 50 dollars .

I really enjoy the food here. I also think the customer service is great, everyone is actually really nice. I also look forward to the new monthly specials.

The last three times I have gone I have had the worse service. Food comes out cold . I ordered a cocktail and it took 22 min to get it . I timed it due to previous experience) . When I did get it it was soo watered down . The appitizer took 40 min and was again was cold .
