B & L Thai & Aussie Cafe

This quaint restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere and the staff is dressed in traditional Thai attire. They stay open later than other Asian restaurants in the area. It is a family-owned restaurant with the son having aspirations to open more authentic Thai restaurants in the future.

I used to frequent this restaurant regularly, but it had been a few months since my last visit. The barramundi and salad chips were always delicious. However, the last time I went, I decided to try the steak and salad chips. To my disappointment, the steak was not cooked well at all. I have traveled to many places and have found that Indonesians and Malay and Thai people cook steak better than anyone else. No offense to the lovely Thai lady and her husband Larry, but the steak at this restaurant was not up to par. Normally, I can tell if a steak is cooked properly by the smell, but this time there was nothing. It seemed as though it was cooked in a microwave with no sauce or gravy. The salad chips were still perfect though. Unfortunately, I love a good steak, but I will not be getting it from here again.

We recently stumbled upon this small restaurant and decided to try it out. They offer a variety of Australian and Asian dishes that were all delicious. The prices were reasonable and we were all satisfied with our meal. We would definitely consider returning to dine there again. Highly recommend!

We have lived in Thailand for more than 5 years, and now we have found a Thai restaurant that serves authentic Thai food, cooked to you requirements. I think my wife and I will have many more visits to this restaurant.

This is a nice small intimate restaurant and the staff wear traditional dress of Thailand they stay open later than other Asian restaurants in the area . its a family generational restaurant with the son having ambition to make other authentic Thai restaurants in the area .
