Feedback gevenGot the fast food for my husband here. The food was bland. The checker at the window had an attitude. Like she didn't want to be there. The location is okay, but you have to drive down the road and get turned around just to exit this place. It's really bad on a Friday evening traffic, or Take the next exit up to get back on the freeway again.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS I WAS CALLED FAT BUY THE MASTER JUST BECAUSE MY HUSBAND WANTED A REFUND BECAUSE OF THE BAD SERVICE. If the manager would of been respectfully we would have had no problem.
This place is always fast, friendly and serves the most freshest and hottest food! You can tell they really care here. From the way the workers treat their customers, to the food they serve. There is care put into it all. Ive been coming to this location a long time. It has a very “home” like feeling. Kinda like cheers. They all greet me by name. And I am not the only person that receives this treatment. Of course mistakes are made, but Ive never seen them not fix it, in a way that makes the customer feel their experience here is a good one. That they care about them. Knowing I can go get hot, fresh food, served in a friendly, clean restaurant in this day in age, is rare. Not at this Bk! Trust me! You will love this place!
I was doordashing and placed a mobile order like I frequently do and she told me I couldn't have my already paid for food because I'm working. She refused to help me cancel it or get a refund or anything. She was so rude in telling me, wouldn't let me ask why it ask anything, just repeated over and over that's just my policy
Same as all the other burger kings. One morning, i ordered my breakfast online, and when i arrived about 15 20 mins) late the told me the would remake my breakfast. Very kind staff.
