Sushi Avenue - Wilsonville

Service was friendly and dishes came out fast. The nigiri was quite a disappointment, however. The salmon was SO FISHY and had to be dunked in soy to be edible. This was sadly the worst sushi I've had in quite a while. Maybe the rolls or cooked meals are how they have such a high rating, but I would not recommend the nigiri. I even had a hard time with the seared salmon, which is typically a safe bet, even for sushi-go-rounds (which this is not). On top of that, the portions were TINY and expensive (comparable to the most expensive top-end sushi restaurants in Portland). We left to go eat somewhere else, it was that bad.

I have been living in Portland area over five years and this place is one of the best so far! Lunch menu, special menu and even deserts were so good and surprisingly delicious. You gotta try this restaurant.

This place is delicious. I've lived here for 6 years and never tried it till today because my kid wanted sushi. It is a bit spendy, but worth it.

Walked in on a Thursday night about 45 minutes to close and Sushi Ave did not disappoint! The restaurant was clean and the staff were all super friendly. The potstickers are crispy (I highly recommend! . We ordered multiple options to try it all and we were so happy we did because everything was amazing!

So good. Real Japanese food, unique dishes, my new favorite spot to eat in Wilsonville.
