Feedback gevenWas in the neighborhood and decided to stop by for some dinner. Our server, Ben, was fantastic!! Not only did he give us great recommendations on food and drinks we might like, but he was SO funny and friendly. He truly made our night. The three cheesesteak dip was to die for!!!! I also ordered the grilled shrimp which you must try!
Outback is my favorite restaurant and I always choose to eat here when I got out. They have the best steaks and appetizers around. Our server Justin was amazing, he made sure we had everything we needed while we ate. Great service and very friendly tome and my wife.
A great dining experience involves more than just the food, and this young man delivered it all. Quick, knowledgeable, experienced, and funny, he truly made the evening enjoyable! We encountered a small issue with one of our meals, but before my friend even finished explaining the problem, he had already taken her plate and assured her he would take care of it—and he did. The meal itself was fantastic, and the service was impeccable. Given the number of tables he was managing at the same time, I was genuinely impressed. I know it’s challenging to find good help these days, but Outback has definitely found a gem in him. He managed the work of four people effortlessly, with professionalism, and most importantly, a smile. While good food is abundant, good service seems to be increasingly rare. This exceptional young man is a wonderful representative for Outback, and he certainly deserves a raise!
My family and I had a wonderful dinner at Outback tonight. Our experience was truly enjoyable, largely due to our waiter, Phillip. He was friendly and attentive, swiftly bringing us refills and processing our bill. The conversation flowed easily, and Phillip kept us laughing with his humorous comments. Without a doubt, he is the best waiter at Outback—and perhaps even the best in the world. If you’re in Norwalk, do yourself a favor and visit Outback Steakhouse; be sure to ask for Phillip. The food is fantastic as well!
For appetizers, we tried the coconut shrimp, which were perfectly golden and crispy, and the tangy dipping sauce paired nicely—definitely a highlight. We also shared a strawberry salad that included romaine lettuce, arugula, strawberries, cinnamon pecans, goat cheese crumbles, and a raspberry vinaigrette. It was a vibrant, summery mix that balanced sweetness and saltiness beautifully. For my main course, I had the prime rib sandwich, which I thoroughly enjoyed along with the French onion au jus and horseradish sauce on the side. It made for a wonderful birthday lunch! I would absolutely recommend this place and can’t wait to go back—10/10!
