Winchelsea Beach Cafe

Great food, friendly waitress. I can't say. we had this: suppe des tages tomaten und basilikum veggie burger doublepatty by default!? breakfast box with extra mushrooms and black pudding that was not as promised on some customer pictures. the cafe is located between a road and a large baptism of pebbles, which have set off at the sea, so that no view of the sea: the view of the green space was beautiful.

This is a fantastic spot for a delightful lunch! We enjoyed our meal in a lovely shaded pod outside. The menu offered a nice variety, along with a few specials written on a board. We opted for the fish and chips and a picnic hamper. The portions were generous, the prices were fair, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It happened to be a busy Thursday, likely due to an anniversary celebration, but that didn't hinder our experience at all. Our food arrived quickly, and the staff handled the crowd impressively.

This is a lovely little café that's perfect for enjoying a cup of tea and a slice of cake after a healthy walk. They were quite busy today, but despite that, they graciously served us even as they were preparing to close.

Great breakfast served in a box! I plan to try some other items on the menu next time. Everything is cooked to order, so there's a bit of a wait. There are plenty of different outdoor seating options, and I really enjoyed the cozy little huts and boats!

Ideal location, they serve a variety of food tho can get very busy. It was one hour wait for cooked food when we were there. Plenty of outdoor seating including novel little cabins. Short walk up to a pebbled beach. Lovely quiet beach to catch the sea air. Free parking in their small car park or plenty of off road parking.
