Chick-fil-a - Winchester

Chick-fil-A is always incredibly busy, and I honestly don't understand why. Their prices are outrageous! Yet, people flock to the lines like they're hooked. The pricing is similar to Five Guys. However, it’s worth noting that they do serve real chicken instead of the processed patties and nuggets that some of their competitors offer. That said, if you choose the fried options, it doesn’t really provide a healthier alternative.

When I got back to my car, I discovered that the lid on my tea wasn’t secure, causing it to spill in the vehicle. The fries were scattered all over the bag, and I ordered soup, but one of the cracker packs was open and spilled onto the lids of the soup containers. Oh dear, Chick-fil-A… I hope things improve. Hallelujah! (I have pictures, but I can't attach them.)

This is hands down the worst Chick-fil-A in the area! The new setup is great when everything is working properly, but otherwise it's really frustrating. The girl at the drive-thru completely skipped my order, forcing me to go all the way back around to get back in line. When I finally reached the window to pick up my food, the car in front of me was stuck and waiting for ages, while I received my food quickly along with the cars behind me. We were all unable to leave the drive-thru because of the median strip next to the lane. We ended up waiting for over 15 minutes just to get out. They really should have a designated parking space for customers to wait for their orders, rather than holding up everyone behind them.

I go to Chick-fil-A very often? probably 1-2 times a week on average but probably even more often now that I?m pregnant lol. I come to this location a lot since it?s the closest to my house and almost every time I go, there is something wrong and I leavedisappointed in the service or food. I have left multiple times with the wrong order, my food has been soggy or undercooked, andmost of the time, the customer service is NOT at all to the level you have come to expect from Chick-fil-A. Today I placed amobile order ahead of time, waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes, and when I got to the very end of the line to getmy food, a worker informed me that they ran out of the food that I ordered over 30 minutes ago and had already paid for andoffered little to no resolution or service. This location has become one of the most disappointing and for these reasons. Afterseveral tries, I will now just drive further to a different location so I know that I will get good service, food, and thecorrect order.

As everyone knows, this chicken spot is a reliable place where you can enjoy your meal without worrying about getting shorted on your nuggets or finding anything undesirable in your food. It's my go-to choice, even when the line is long (though it’s never as bad as the one by the mall). I can always join the end of the line and still be served before the people in the McDonald's line next to me. I absolutely love this place!
